For years, I grappled with difficulty losing weight, fatigue and depression that left me feeling disconnected from my own body. As a mom of two girls I had an eye opening experience when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 45. From that day on, I promised myself I would make the necessary changes needed to obtain abundant wellness so that I could live a vibrant life with my girls and future grandchildren! Conventional wisdom offered band-aids, not solutions. It wasn't until I stumbled upon nutritional therapy that the pieces started falling into place.
The change wasn't overnight, but it was profound. As I learned to tune into my body's needs and respond with targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, I discovered a level of health and vitality I hadn't thought possible.
